Whatever level of swimming you're at, there's a session here designed for you – whether you're looking for lessons, lane swimming sessions or family fun with the large inflatable. Everyone Active's swimming lessons programme is available for all ages and abilities starting from babies just four months old, up to and including a range of adult swimming lessons. You can also train to become a lifeguard!
Meanwhile, the large, modern gym is packed with all the fitness equipment you could ever need. Whether you prefer a cardio workout, resistance exercises, functional sessions or spending time with the free weights (or a mixture of all four) this gym has got you covered. A fantastic team of personal trainers are also on hand at the centre to help you achieve your goals.
The sports hall plays host to a variety of sports and activities, including football, badminton, basketball and table tennis. There's also a packed programme of group exercise classes available throughout the week, with highly trained instructions across a wide range of disciplines.
