Having previously worked for 19 years in Higher Education, with over 30 years of Tennis coaching experience, Louise is passionate about developing a holistic environment for athlete development and coach education pathways, creating positive gender equality and inclusive sport practice. ensuring the athlete is at the heart of the programme.
Louise is the co-founder and director of LUSU Sports, providing inclusive sports training and adaptive sports equipment, ensuring everyone can participate in activity.
Louise holds several additional roles including Head Coach for GB VI tennis team, (a role that she has held since 2016, taking the team to various IBTA World Championships), Coach representative on the LTA VI advisory group and technical advisor and lifestyles coach for the RBL's Battle Back programme for wounded and sick personnel. If not delivering, Louise can be found developing content for qualifications for various organisations on adaptive sport and inclusion.
Louise is passionate about sport and getting outdoors, and enjoys open water swimming, trekking and rounders to name a few.
