What classes do we run?

At East Northants Tae Kwon Do we run a number of sessions on most weekdays. We have kids only breakfast and after schools clubs, Juniors only sessions, Adults only evening sessions and combined adult and higher grade juniors.

Everyone is encouraged to train with all other grades; it is good for both lower and higher grades alike.

We have organised this section by the most popular options, so location, day of the week, kids, junior and adult sessions. So whether you want to get fit, learn self defence, increase confidence or train in a safe environment then at East Northants Tae Kwon Do we have the session for you.
