Walking can be enjoyed independently but there are also many inclusive walking groups for you to get involved in.

Adaptations and Equipment

Like guide running, the same principles and considerations can be applied to walking. Depending on your level of sight you may also want to use a guide tether. Tethers can be purchased through the BBS Shop.

Clothing and footwear should be comfortable and reflect the weather conditions and terrain.
