Aminah Active CIC run a range of activities aimed at promoting and engaging in healthy active lifestyles within a safe and fun women-only environment.
The Monday Motivation Walks are at a calm pace and last just under an hour.
Meet up at the back of the Morrison's car park, which is the Gorse Covert Community Centre one. Meet at 9.50 am with walk starting at 10 am.
