Ladies Team Coaching Post
Criteria (E=Essential, D=Desirable)
- Access and availability for training (Tuesday evenings) and matches (Sunday afternoons) E
- Experience in coaching football E
- Previous experience of coaching in female football D
- Level 1 in Football Coaching D (Funding may be available to aid coach development)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting training and match day warm ups and cool downs
- Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions in coherence with the Manager
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure continual development of individual players throughout pre-season and in-season
- Work closely with the Manager to identify areas of development and potential new signings
