Ladies Team Coaching Post

Responsible for delivering elements of coaching sessions, working closely with the Manager, in line with the vision and philosophy of the team and Football Club.

Ladies Team Coaching Post

Criteria (E=Essential, D=Desirable)

  • Access and availability for training (Tuesday evenings) and matches (Sunday afternoons) E
  • Experience in coaching football E
  • Previous experience of coaching in female football D
  • Level 1 in Football Coaching D (Funding may be available to aid coach development)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting training and match day warm ups and cool downs
  • Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions in coherence with the Manager
  • Work closely with the Manager to ensure continual development of individual players throughout pre-season and in-season
  • Work closely with the Manager to identify areas of development and potential new signings
