Finchley Lido Leisure Centre

Accredited at Provisional Level until December 2019, , Finchley Lido provides an 80 station state-of-the art gym and studio, operating 32 fitness classes per week. The centre has a new designated gym membership lounge with kiosk and entry system. The junior fitness sessions are fully supervised and are available for 11-15 year olds in the form of 8 weekly sessions across weekdays and the weekend. Within these sessions, juniors can enjoy full use of the caridovascular equipment in a safe and structured environment whilst achieving a fulfilling work out. Finchley Lido also plays host to a comprehensive learn to swim programme which caters for all agesand abilities including disability via means of group and one-to-one sessions whether it's a toddler, child, adult and older adult the centre can cater for you.
