Join our free monthly zumba classes specially designed for moms and pregnant women! Experience a variety of sessions, from Zumba and full-body workouts to mind and piyo exercises. Our classes also include dance fit and pelvic floor exercises. Everyone is welcome, and babies are encouraged to join too. Embrace a healthy lifestyle with our diverse and inclusive community.
Our fitness class in Leicester is designed to be inclusive, accommodating various abilities and disabilities.
