This is LERC's standard (and usually slightly sparser) Thursday group run. Keep a close eye out and check with the club as this one more frequently meets up somewhere other then West Park. Arrive 10 - 15 minutes before official start time, if you can. Note that while there's no charge for individual runs, after 4 weeks trial, you would need to join the club, in order to continue joining us. Routes will vary - so distance & elevation details indicated here are approximate & subject to change.
