Activity Information
Our Fit to Dance classes combine routines from various dance styles including line dancing, contemporary and ballet to offer a varied but fun exercise class. Our aim is to improve your health, fitness, and well-being in a fun and social way.
In class, the line dancing routines are often a favourite, as they are a great way to get your heart pumping and have a laugh. The ballet routines are then great for balance and control, as well as being good at bringing your heart rate back down. You will learn different routines every 4-6 weeks to help keep you on your toes!
