British Blind Sport are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk to join our team based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, good IT knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office package (word/excel/outlook etc), must have experience of using Xero accounts online, be reliable, very organised and have a positive working attitude. The majority of work includes the smooth running of the charity’s finances however the successful candidate will be expected to provide office administrative support when required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising invoices
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- Producing management reports
- Producing creditor/debtor reports
- Cash flow forecasts
- Ensuring that the organisation adheres to its finance and data policies
- Cash handling and bank visits
This is a part time role where the candidate will ideally work one full day per week (day to be agreed with successful candidate). There is a level of flexibility on the days/hours worked.
