Play Sport
Physical activity plays an important role in maintaining health, well-being, and quality of life.
By playing sport you'll meet new friends and have new experiences and we hope you'll find that these organisations are very friendly and accommodating.
It may seem a little intimidating at first, but the wonderful thing about a physically active lifestyle is that you can go at your own pace, improving everyday in a safe and fun environment. There is no one way to fitness, there are loads of activities you can try from beginner to advanced and British Blind Sport will be on hand to support you on your journey.

Volunteer in Sport
Volunteers play a vital role in the sport and physical activity sector. Without them, most activity simply wouldn’t happen. You don't have to be a sport fanatic or athlete to volunteer in sport and you would be surprised at the variety of roles available.
