As our NGB Liaison Officer, Philippa works on the See Sport Differently project, alongside National Governing Bodies and the RNIB, to deliver opportunities to blind and partially sighted people. The project will focus on creating participation and volunteering opportunities, as well as taking steps to improve accessibility of the sporting sector and raise awareness of sight loss.
Philippa joined the team in September 2021, having worked in Disability Football for the past 8 years, where she has experience of blind and partially sighted provision. Philippa is very passionate about making sure sports are inclusive and accessible.
Outside of work, Philippa enjoys Joe Wicks workouts, whom she thanks as her lockdown saviour, alongside finding new walks with her favourite furry member of the family. She also volunteers in a number of football roles.
