Movement & Dance For Fun, Family Fitness

Come and enjoy our relaxed sessions where children can participate with family members. Our fun family dance and fitness classes include aerobic workouts including resistance, stretching, toning, strength and cardio work, increasing energy levels, muscle tone and strength, endurance, flexibility and motor skills.
