Pilates

Our Pilates sessions are delivered by FJB Pilates! Our workouts will introduce you to the basics of Pilates and leave you feeling both stronger and stretched out! Pilates is great for working on strength, stability and mobility! The two videos below are part of a Pilates series; #1 is an introductory session whilst #2 builds a bit more on the Pilates principles and takes you an extra step up in difficulty.

The following 30 minute Pilates sessions are introductory and relaxing Pilates classes - with a few strengthening and toning exercises thrown in - to leave you feeling strong and energised, but suitable for total beginners!
