Covid-19 Pandemic: Help people with sight loss get active at home #SightLossActive

Children and Young People

We've teamed up with local deliverers and VI friendly activity providers to bring you a variety of at-home workouts and routines to keep you healthy and active from the comfort of your front room!

Physical exercise is absolutely essential for Children and Young People during their time away from school and when they may be house bound far more than usual!

We've partnered up with Synergy Dance Ltd to bring you some fun Dance and Yoga routines for children and young people! We have videos for children teenagers, though all dances are suitable for the whole family!!

We've also been working with inclusive instructors to bring our users live, audio-led workouts via Zoom. For more information on our live workouts, visit our Facebook group here: British Blind Sport: Active At Home.

Try out our first Dance routines from Synergy Dance Ltd! It's completely audio-led, so strap on your dancing shoes and "blame it on the boogie!"

Dance with Jangles

Try out our introductory "Dance with Jangles" video, to get your kids moving and grooving! We're working on bringing you more of these types of exercise sessions, so watch this space!
