The Board of BBS have adopted a target of, and will take all appropriate actions to encourage, a minimum of 30% of each gender on its Board. The Board of BBS are committed to progressing towards achieving gender parity and greater diversity generally on its Board, including, but not limited to, Black, Asian, minority ethnic (BAME) diversity and disability.
The Board and Management, as well as our team members are fully committed to this Diversity Action Plan and to promoting our Equality and Diversity Policy in all of our activities. We will publish an annual update on the progress against the plan.
