Office and Membership Administrator

£18,500 - £21,000 p.a. 37.5 hours per week.

British Blind Sport is a national charity based in Leamington Spa who is committed to assisting blind and partially sighted people access sporting opportunities across the UK. We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join us our team.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the smooth running of our small, dynamic office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will have plenty of room to be creative and we are always open to new ideas.

Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office administration duties including, but not limited to:

  • day-to-day running of the office
  • provision of administrative support to the CEO
  • membership support services
  • database management
  • production of reports
  • management incoming and outgoing post
  • maintaining an accurate filing system

You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office.

This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office administration experience. You need to be self-directed and have organisational and problem-solving skills.
